Legacy & Grace is a private online space where a funeral home and the family it serves complete arrangements together. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and how we protect it. Legacy & Grace is operated by [Company legal name].

What we collect

• Account details: name and email address of funeral-home staff and invited relatives.
• Arrangement details the funeral home and family enter, such as service plans, obituary drafts, photos, documents and messages.
• Basic technical records needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in times.

Signing in with Google

If staff choose “Continue with Google”, Google only confirms your name and email address to us. We never see or store your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, contacts or files.

How we use it

• To run the arrangement portal for the funeral home that invited you.
• To send sign-in links and notices about the arrangement you are part of.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Each funeral home sees only its own families. Relatives see only the arrangements they were personally invited to, and the funeral home can limit which sections each relative sees. Photos and documents are stored privately and opened only through links that expire after a short time.

Keeping and deleting information

The funeral home decides how long arrangement records are kept. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, contact the funeral home you worked with, or us at [support email].
